PMBL SPA is all about you! We want to provide you with the highest standards of service and personal care, in the most professional environment so that you will return and recommend us again and again!

Deposits – A deposit may be required in order to make and secure your appointment. If a deposit is required, it must be made with-in the 72 hours of the appointment request, or the appointment will be canceled.

CancellationIf you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, PMBL SPA requires a 72-hour cancellation notice in advance. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made less than 72 hours in advance, No shows, and same day cancelations. An additional deposit will be required to re-schedule the appointment.

Late ArrivalArriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Late arrivals may be rescheduled, or the remainder of the service time may be used at full price. 

15 Minute late arrivals for Permanent Makeup appointments will result in the rescheduling of your appointment.

ChildrenWe want to provide the best relaxation atmosphere for you and all of our clients. Children hate spas because it is not fun for them, it’s fun for you. Enjoy it! So If you plan on having a long procedure or multiple procedures at the spa leave that little bundle of joy with a loved one and sit back and relax. Thank you for your understanding.

Permanent Makeup / Tattoo Policies

Deposits – A deposit is required in order to make and secure your permanent makeup appointment. The deposit must be made within 72 hours of the appointment request, or the appointment will be canceled. 

If any complications arise from any permanent makeup/tattoo procedure, the client will contact his/her physician immediately. 

Children Under 18Due to liability reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in any Permanent Makeup / Tattooing Procedure Room. Please leave your children at home. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

Please only bring one adult to accompany you to the procedure. Two’s company and three’s a crowd.

Cell PhonesOut of consideration for guests, please mute cellphones and pagers. Cell phone use is not permitted while permanent makeup services are being rendered. 

Pictures and Videos – All cellphones MUST be put away in the Permanent Makeup / Tattoo procedure rooms. Guests, please remain seated at all times and cell phones put away. For your safety guests and clients should please refrain from taking pictures or videos of while, the PMU artist is performing the procedure. 

Permanent Makeup Done by Another TechnicianRecoloring permanent makeup done previously by another PMU artist may require some corrective work since it is not our original work. Therefore, fees start at the new permanent makeup prices and additional charges may apply if extensive shape and symmetry correction is required. Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete the most permanent makeup correction procedures.

Permanent Makeup Maintenance / TOUCH-UP Touch-ups are not included in the original procedure fee. Maintenance fees apply for refreshers or touch-ups of our own micro-pigmentation / permanent makeup work (returning clients). Cost varies according to the length of time since the last procedure, amount of fading, and work required. Fees start at $50 & up Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most permanent makeup procedures depending on each person’s skin.
